DREAD HEAD MOVEMENT

In January of 2011, Dread Head Wayyne turned his love of music into a creative outlet when he decided to make a career out of his passion. As an enthusiast of music, it was only a matter of time before Dread Head Wayyne would take advantage of his natural abilities and transform lyrics and notes into recorded tracks. He has recorded over 50 songs.

"He is the type of artist that can give you a hook within minutes and make it something catchy that anybody can dance to,” says Chicago-based Grammy-winning producer Mil Tickit".

Dread Head Wayyne’s melodic flow rides the waves of the beats while his lyrics invite the listener to his very personal and shared experiences living as a promoter and entertainer in Fort Wayne.“Ever since I was a little kid I would always listen to a lot of different music. I took drum classes in school and played drums as a little kid in church,” he remembers. “As I got older, everything just came together and I learned how to move the crowds and entertain the people with everything I had to say.”

In a short time, Dread Head Wayyne has opened up for, and, hosted events including some of hip-hop’s finest talents including Lil’Wayne, Twista, The Game, Rick Ross, Soulja Boy, Ace Hood, Yo Gotti and Too Short. Dread Head Wayyne’s presence is passionate, hardworking, and tenacious along with his hope for the future of his new Dread Head movement.
